  • Sub Max HSPU
  • Sub Max Muscle Ups / C2B / Pull Ups
  • 3 Power Cleans + 3 F. Squats + 3 P. Jerks
  • Sub Max = leave 1 or 2 in the tank
  • build in weight each round on barbell

CONDITIONING

For Time:

  • 20 Power Cleans (95/65)
  • 20 Front Squats
  • 20 Push Jerks
  • 20 Hang Squat Cleans
  • 20 Thrusters
  • Every time you break on the barbell… complete 5 Burpees before picking it up again.
