In all of my years of coaching people through tough situations, I have never felt as strong as I do at this stage in life, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. I am prepared to show you how you can begin to live and love life, even more!

We must dedicate time for a relationship with God as well as our workouts in spite of our busy lives. There is time if we prioritize!

When you carry life’s burdens in a ball of stress, burden, and chaos… you must make the commitment to hand the ball off to God and ease your load. Start training to become a stronger ball carrier! Live strong through Christ and CrossFit! BIP!

“Come to me, all of you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest” – Matthew 11:28

Yes, your life will still be busy; perhaps even busier. There will still be stress. Let God take control of your spirit and let us take a hold of your physical situation. Both will prepare you to live your best life, now!

God Bless!

I love people! Talking, smiling, bonding, sharing, laughing, praying, and sweating together! I love it!

East80 CrossFit has been an answered prayer.

A dream come true. An avenue in which I can meet more people and LIVE life together. A blessing straight from God!

CrossFit is more than just a workout; it is an experience! My goal is to provide an experience that will leave a lasting impression on your body and your soul. The workouts are tough to endure, but… such is life.

Will I be able to fit in with the others?

Will I be the most out of shape person there?

Will others judge me?

Am I good enough?

But He said to me, grace is sufficient for you, for My power is perfected in weakness.” Therefore, I will most gladly boast about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may reside in me. …For when I am weak, I am strong. – 2 Corinthians 12:18

Crush those debilitating doubts. Do not rely on your own understanding… We all have doubts in our mind about one thing or another. The time is NOW! Join in with a group of like-minded individuals and begin the experience that will be what you have needed to bring you closer to your physical and spiritual goals for your life!

Iron sharpens iron,
And one man sharpens another.

I am married to Amanda and have two dogs, Bevo and Bella. I am very passionate about life and love sharing that passion with others.

As a high school athlete I had little interest in total fitness… I could run all day long, but avoided the weight room. In college, working out became an escape. It was a way to release frustration, anxiety, and worry. I could refocus and refresh my mind. I realized that fitness was an integral part of life. Author/psychologist, Tom Rath, says that there are 5 essential elements to our well being; career, social, financial, community, and physical. It is a battle each and every day to make sure that we do not neglect one or more of those areas in our lives. Because there have been so many people throughout my life who have challenged and pushed me in each these five areas of well being, it is my goal and passion to help others achieve well being in their life.

Through all of my years in the gym, doing P90X or bootcamps, I have never experienced anything like CrossFit. I have grown mentally and physically tougher since beginning my CrossFit journey at East 80. I love East 80 CrossFit because when you feel like you can’t go any longer, someone is there to tell you that you can. When you feel like you have reached your limits, someone is there telling you that you haven’t. And when you’re tempted to give less than 100%, Coach Ham is there telling you to “empty the tank!” I love that we keep score, I love that we compete, and I love that we challenge each other. But most of all I love the community at East 80 CrossFit and want to be a part of making it STRONGER!
